PHYSICAL:
This product consists of a processing PCB along with a patient cable with pressure sensor. The module interfaces to a host monitor via a serial data port.

Enclosure: None. This product is an OEM module intended for integration into the Developer’s monitoring system

PCB size: 85mm (3.35") (W) x 110mm (4.33") (L), not to exceed 35mm (1.38") in height

COMMUNICATION PORT:
Three wire serial RS232: TX DATA, RX DATA, GND

RS232 voltage levels

Vout swing = +/- 5 v minimum, +/- 8 v maximum
with outputs loaded 3 kohms to ground.
Vin high threshold = 1.8 v typical, 2.4 v maximum
Vin low threshold = 1.3 v typical, .8 v minimum

Optional TTL levels

Vout high = 4.5 v minimum @ Ioh = -200 uA,
3.5 v minimum @ Ioh = -1mA
Vout low = 0.4 v maximum @ Iol = 1.6mA,
1.0 v maximum @ Iol = 10mA

9600 baud, 8 byte, non parity, 1 stop byte.

None. All display tasks are handled by the host.
